The model selector in Chatmax App allows users to choose between multiple powerful AI models for their chats. This feature provides flexibility and customization, enabling users to select the most appropriate model for their specific task — whether that’s creative writing, coding help, analysis, or real-time responses.
How to use the model selector:
Open Chatmax and type your question or task into the chat input on the home screen
Tap the model name at the top (e.g. "GPT-4-5.5") to switch between models like Gemini, OpenAI, Claude, DeepSeek, and Grok
Tap send, and Chatmax responds — keep the conversation going by replying naturally
Available models depend on your current subscription:
Free Plan: Access to GPT-5 Mini.
Pro Plan: Access to a wider range of advanced models, including GPT, Claude, Grok, DeepSeek, and other premium AI models.
If a model is unavailable, it may require a Pro subscription or be subject to feature availability in your region or platform.
