Deleting your Chatmax account
Deleting your Chatmax account is a permanent action and cannot be reversed. Before proceeding, please make sure that you understand the consequences of account deletion.
To delete your account:
Sign in to your Chatmax account.
Open Account Settings.
Scroll to the Delete Account section.
Select Delete Account.
A 6-digit verification code will be displayed.
Enter the verification code in the confirmation field.
Select Confirm to permanently delete your account.
What happens when your account is deleted?
You will lose access to Chatmax and all associated services.
Your chat history, saved preferences, and account data will no longer be accessible.
Your account will be signed out on all devices.
Data associated with your account will be deleted within 30 days, except for information that must be retained for legal, regulatory, or security purposes.
If you decide to use Chatmax again in the future, you'll need to create a new account.
If you'd prefer to request data deletion directly, or you can't access the in-app option, contact our support team at [email protected] with the email address or User ID associated with your account.
